– Part 3: Money

In your attention you will find the answer to all the big questions

What’s it all about? What’s your purpose? How can you express yourself into the world?

What am I here to do? What direction should I go in? What should I be doing? Where should I focus my attention?

These are the questions that will energise you. These are the questions whose answers will liberate you from any sense of day-to-day, rat-race drudgery.

The simplest answer is to focus on that to which you can pay unwavering attention. What holds your attention?

Think of the things that hold your attention…

  • What are the subjects and activities that you’re able to sustain your focus on?
  • When do you get so into something that you lose the sense of time?
  • What were you doing when you’ve felt fulfilment in the past?

Your answers to these questions are like breadcrumbs you can follow towards a life of greater meaning and satisfaction.

Think of all the times when you’ve felt energised. What were the circumstances? What were you doing? Who were you with?

How can you recreate those circumstances in your life now?

Follow your attention.
